Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains how VPNTee handles personal information and related records when providing its website, user panel, and cross-border network subscription service. Account and transaction data are used to deliver the service and are distinct from activity logs of websites accessed through international routes. Data handled on third-party payment pages is also subject to the relevant provider’s policy.
Account Information and Its Use
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. An email address is not required for account creation. Please do not include unrelated identifying information in your username or support ticket. The account system processes login credentials and authentication status to identify accounts, verify access permissions, and provide subscriptions.
During subscription use, the system processes plan status, data usage, order amounts, payment status, and refund records for billing, entitlement checks, and transaction disputes. Data usage is aggregated information needed for billing and does not include the content of websites or pages accessed.
When submitting a support ticket, the issue description and attachments you choose to provide are used to investigate that issue. Please first remove passwords, complete subscription links, sensitive payment details, and personal information unrelated to the issue.
Scope of the No-Logs Policy
VPNTee follows a no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users access through its routes, retain browsing history, page content, or DNS query history, or create records that could be used to reconstruct an individual’s browsing activity.
While a route is operating, information needed to establish connections and forward traffic must be processed temporarily. This information is used only for the current connection and is not retained as persistent connection logs. Once the connection ends, no connection details that could trace that access activity are kept. Data usage summaries used for account billing are handled separately from these connection details.
Website access analytics and diagnostic information voluntarily submitted by users are not route browsing logs. Their purposes and scope are described separately in this policy, and they are not combined to build individual browsing histories.
Access Analytics and Local Storage
Website access analytics help understand page visits, referral channels, and button usage to improve content and workflows. These analytics may involve visit times, page paths, browser environments, and referring pages; they are not used to record external websites accessed through subscription routes.
Cookies and browser local storage are used to maintain sessions and save login credentials and language preferences. The user panel needs to read local authentication status to display account information. Do not keep a session active on a shared device; log out when you are finished.
You can clear cookies and site storage in your browser settings. After clearing them, you may need to log in again and reselect your language. Restricting necessary storage may affect panel features. Clearing browser data does not also delete your account or orders from the server.
Third-Party Payments and Information Sharing
Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Payment authorization or transfers are handled by the relevant payment channel, wallet, and transaction network. VPNTee uses the order identifier, transaction result, and information needed for verification to confirm entitlements. You do not need to provide your payment account password in a support ticket.
Third parties may process payment information according to their own rules. Information involving public transaction networks is also subject to how those networks record transactions. Before paying, verify the recipient, amount, and third-party policies. When information is shared to complete a payment or refund, or to meet applicable legal obligations, only the information necessary for that purpose is provided.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account information is retained while the service is provided. Order and refund records are retained as required for transaction verification, dispute handling, and applicable laws. Support tickets and analytics are kept only as long as needed for their respective purposes, then deleted or de-identified. This policy does not promise a single fixed retention period.
To access, correct, or delete information, log in to the user panel and submit a request through the support ticket portal, specifying the relevant information. Account ownership may need to be verified before processing. Deleting necessary account information will affect login and subscription use; please first check for any outstanding transactions.
Records that must be retained by law or relate to pending transactions or disputes cannot be deleted together with the account. When handling a request, we will explain the reason and scope of any retention. Users must clear local information in their browsers themselves.
Policy Updates and Questions
If service workflows or data handling practices change, VPNTee will publish revisions on this page and update the date at the top. Material changes to processing purposes, information covered, or user rights will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Where separate consent is required by law, it will be obtained as applicable.
If you have questions about this policy, contact us through a user panel support ticket. For subscription rights, user responsibilities, and refund rules, see the Terms of Service. This policy primarily describes data handling and does not replace transaction terms.
