International routes and route selection guide

View all routes →

VPNTee covers 110+ countries and 170+ routes. A location tells you where traffic exits; IEPL, relayed, and direct describe how the connection is routed. These are separate factors. When choosing a route, first check which location the destination site requires, then compare routes in that location. Physical proximity can be a useful starting point, but location alone cannot predict your actual experience.

The table below highlights popular locations; it does not mean each location is assigned a fixed route type. Check the user panel and test your own access for available cities, routes, and service compatibility. When streaming, using AI tools, or joining meetings, test under the same device and local network conditions to avoid mistaking an app-specific limitation for a route issue.

Supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. One subscription works on unlimited devices, so you can choose routes for the task at hand.

Cross-border access, based on your needs

The number of locations alone cannot tell you whether a subscription is right for long-term use. Route types determine the available paths, device rules affect how easily you can switch between devices, and billing and refund terms shape your options after trying the service. VPNTee puts these details where you can check them. Review the rules first, then test the service with your own use cases.

Peak-hour stability

Peak-hour performance depends on the combined state of your local network, international connection, and destination service. VPNTee offers IEPL, relayed, and direct routes to compare for different tasks, rather than treating any one type as the answer for every situation. For meetings, focus on uninterrupted audio; for browsing, look for responsive page loads. If you experience lag, keep your device and target app unchanged while switching routes. This controlled comparison makes it easier to identify the cause than changing several settings at once, and can help you choose a primary route and a backup for everyday use.

No activity logs

VPNTee's privacy policy states that it keeps no activity logs. Accounts use a username and password, with no email required. When reviewing privacy policies, distinguish between the route service, destination websites, and your own device: website sessions, browser permissions, and app accounts still need to be managed separately. An international route does not replace account security or stop a destination website from processing data for its own services. Before choosing a service, read its privacy policy to understand what it covers, then consider your device and app settings for everyday use.

Unlimited devices

You don't have to disconnect repeatedly just because you use a work computer, tablet, and other everyday devices. VPNTee allows unlimited devices online at the same time and supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Device rules and data limits are separate: unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data, so usage across devices still depends on your plan allowance. After installing a client, check how system proxy settings and app traffic are routed. A successful connection on one device does not mean other devices have been imported and configured too.

Using AI tools

When using ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, loading the page is only the first step. Check sign-in, conversations, and file uploads separately. Before choosing a route, review the tool's regional and account requirements, then keep the exit location consistent where possible. This avoids changing too many variables while troubleshooting. An international route provides a connection path, but it does not change a tool's policies, account eligibility, or payment requirements. If the website works but the app doesn't, first check whether the app is using the intended route before trying a different connection method.

Streaming

What you can watch on Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, and HBO depends on factors such as exit location, account region, and platform policies. Different routes in the same location may also produce different results, so check whether the specific title plays rather than just whether the home page loads. VPNTee offers a choice of international routes; location coverage is not a guarantee of a particular catalog. Before testing, confirm your account benefits and whether the title is available, then check playback stability. Video quality also depends on your device, app settings, and local network.

14-day refund policy

Cross-border access varies with each person's network environment, and a route that works for someone else may not suit your everyday tasks. VPNTee offers a 14-day refund policy. Read the terms first, then test the websites and work apps you use during your usual hours. Note the app, route, and error message when a problem occurs; this can help distinguish client settings from route compatibility issues. For subscription or refund requests, submit a ticket through the user panel. Eligibility and processing rules are set out in the terms of use.

Get the client and subscription

Get the client and subscription through the user panel. Sign in to the panel to access your subscription. In the downloads section, choose the option for your operating system; the panel determines eligibility for iOS downloads. Marketing pages do not provide direct installer links or display personal subscription URLs, helping keep account-specific information off public webpages.

Check the connection after importing

Signing in to the panel, getting your subscription, importing it into a client, and choosing a route are consecutive steps. Seeing a route list does not mean you're connected; turn on the connection and test the apps you use. Follow the client prompts for system permissions. If a browser works but an app doesn't, check that app's proxy settings first instead of immediately reinstalling every client.

Keep subscription details private

Your personal subscription details let the client retrieve the routes associated with your account. Don't post them in public forums or include them in screenshots. When reporting an issue, describe your operating system, what the app is doing, and the route name; redact account details from screenshots before sharing. Check each step and expected result in the Quick Start guide.

Monthly plans and data packs

View all plans →

If you use international websites regularly, consider a monthly plan based on your data needs. If your usage is occasional and you'd like to save your allowance for later, explore data packs that never expire. Compare how data is allocated and reset, not just the price. Unlimited devices is a device policy, not a substitute for a plan's data allowance; streaming video, transferring files, and light browsing also use different amounts of data.

For lighter use

60GB monthly plan

¥9.9/month

Consider this option if your main needs are browsing, documents, and everyday searches. Whether it's enough depends on your actual usage.

  • Includes 60GB per month
  • Data resets monthly on the activation date
  • Unlimited devices
  • 14-day refund policy

For everyday use

250GB monthly plan

¥18/month

A point of comparison for a mix of work collaboration and streaming. Check your usage before deciding whether you need a different allowance.

  • Includes 250GB per month
  • Data resets monthly on the activation date
  • Unlimited devices
  • 14-day refund policy

For higher usage

500GB monthly plan

¥28/month

For users comparing plans with a larger monthly allowance. More data does not mean higher speeds or guaranteed compatibility with specific apps.

  • Includes 500GB per month
  • Data resets monthly on the activation date
  • Unlimited devices
  • 14-day refund policy

Data packs: use until depleted; never expire

¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB

Monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date, not on the first of the calendar month. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Data packs and monthly plans follow different rules, so check each one before choosing. A data pack is not a monthly plan with a longer term, and monthly data allowances do not accumulate permanently.

Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported. In the panel, check the plan name, billing method, and order total before paying with your chosen method. Find purchase history, subscription status, and support tickets in the user panel. For full plan rules, see the plans page and terms of use.

Common questions before subscribing

Check your account, data allowance, and compatibility requirements before getting started. The answers below explain service rules and how to evaluate them. For order issues or specific device problems, describe what happened in a user panel ticket instead of sharing personal subscription details publicly.

Do I need an email address to create an account?

No email address is required. Create an account with a username and password. Keep your account details safe; get the client and subscription after signing in to the user panel. Creating an account and choosing a plan are separate steps. Check your subscription status in the panel; having an account does not mean you've received a plan's data allowance.

Does unlimited devices mean unlimited data?

Unlimited devices refers to the number of devices that can be online at once; it does not mean unlimited data. Monthly plans are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. When using multiple devices, check total usage against your plan, especially for continuous video streaming and file transfers. The number of connected devices alone doesn't tell you how much data you'll use.

Should I choose a monthly plan or a data pack?

For regular use, compare monthly plans. For occasional use, consider data packs that can be used until depleted and never expire: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, ¥658/3000GB. The key difference is how each allowance works. Monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date; if you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Consider your usage frequency before choosing a billing option.

Do international routes guarantee access to every AI tool and streaming service?

Route coverage does not guarantee compatibility with every service. Platforms may check your location, account eligibility, and content rights, and their policies can change. Test webpage access, account sign-in, and the features you need separately; for streaming, confirm that the specific title plays. If only one app has a problem, first check how its traffic is routed, then consider switching routes.

Where can I request a refund or get support if the service isn't a good fit?

VPNTee offers a 14-day refund policy. See the terms of use for eligibility and processing rules. Submit subscription or order-related requests through a ticket in the user panel. When reporting an issue, include your operating system, route, target app, and error message to help distinguish local settings, network conditions, and destination service issues.
